PRODIGY has meeting & event space

Planning a meeting or event? Impress your friends, family, or colleagues with a unique venue and a side of social impact, of course. Prodigy is now a venue for meeting space and after-hour events. Easy booking, mountain views, loads of parking, convenient location. 

PRODIGY WAS THE PERFECT VENUE. 

The event space was beautifully decorated and was set up in a way that allowed guests to enjoy both the outside and inside areas easily.

 

The staff were incredibly helpful and we didn't have to worry about a single thing all night!

 

I would highly recommend Prodigy Coffee to anyone looking for a space that can accommodate a good number of guests while also keeping the event intimate.

 

DAYTIME MEETING SPACE

pricing:

FREE, for meetings & gatherings, we ask that you purchase drinks and/or food.

Prodigy has amazing coffee and tea offerings, as well as breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, assorted pastries and lunch paninis.  We ask that you do not bring in outside food.

party size:

5-14 people

equipment available:

Apple TV and HDMI cord that allows you to connect your computers.  There is no IT assistance available, so be sure to come early to ensure your devices work with our TV

hours:

Up to 4 hours between the hours of 6:30am and 5:00pm

purpose:

community use, not to conduct business

sharing our model:

While at Prodigy, if you would like to know more about our model, we are happy to stop-in and give you a quick overview (or even a tour conducted by an apprentice). Let us know in advance and we can plan for it.

Name of organization, number of expected guests, purpose of meeting, requested time frame and date. Please allow 48 hours for a reply.

 

AFTER-HOURS EVENT SPACE

pricing:

(half of your rental fee is applied to the support of Prodigy's apprenticeship program)

ranges between $400-$1000+

$100 cleaning fee

party size:

Prodigy's space can accommodate up to 75 guests inside and 100 with the patio.  The garage doors open to bring the outside in and allow you to host additional guests.  A tent can be set up in the parking lot and you could invite the whole neighborhood.

food and beverage options:

You have the option of bringing in your own food and beverages or extending the hours of the coffee bar to give your guests access to Prodigy's menu and our talented apprentices.

The space is available for event set up starting at 5:30pm

Events can run between 6pm and 11pm

tables and chairs:

Guests renting Prodigy have full use of our existing coffeehouse tables and chairs which can seat about 60 at a table or bar including the patio.

equipment available:

  • Prodigy offers access to a large TV to project presentations inside the conference room

  • Amplified speaker and microphone

  • Access to SONOS streaming through in-house sound system
